Stadlerhof Wilhering.

Stadlerhof Wilhering is far more than just an event venue – it is a place where tradition and innovation come together in rare harmony. Run by the Stadler-Schauer family for several generations, the estate has grown from a traditional organic farm into one of the most sought-after event venues in Upper Austria. With its exceptional blend of historic four-sided farmstead, sustainable agriculture and modern infrastructure, Stadlerhof offers the perfect setting for corporate events, seminars, congresses, incentives, private celebrations, Christmas parties and weddings.

A particular highlight is the all-inclusive, full-service package, which makes organising an event considerably easier. Technical equipment, room styling and catering are all provided on site from a single source. The kitchen places great emphasis on fresh, regional ingredients, many of them from the estate’s own farm. Many products are also certified organic, delivering authentic flavours that reflect a close connection to the region. Stadlerhof thus stands not only for quality but also for sustainability – underlined by its partnership in the Klimabündnis Oberösterreich (Upper Austria Climate Alliance).

Stadlerhof’s event spaces leave little to be desired: the romantic festival barn charms with its rustic atmosphere, the gallery in modern country-house style blends tradition with contemporary design, and the historic vaulted cellar provides an incomparable setting for special moments. The range of spaces is rounded off by the idyllic courtyard, the spacious farm garden and the generous park, which can be used not only for receptions, breaks or get-togethers but also as an atmospheric backdrop for outdoor events. This variety makes Stadlerhof an ideal choice for seminars in the countryside, company parties with a supporting programme or festive weddings in Upper Austria.

Another highlight is the combination of organic farm and event venue, which gives Stadlerhof a special authenticity. Guests experience not just an event but also the values of sustainable farming – something that resonates with corporate clients just as much as with private guests looking for a special place to celebrate.

Stadlerhof’s location could hardly be better: in the heart of Upper Austria, just a few minutes from Linz, it is easy to reach by car and by public transport. Despite its proximity to the city, visitors enjoy the peace and nature of a rural setting – an advantage that makes Stadlerhof stand out as a seminar farm and conference venue in the countryside.

With a dedicated team that supports every event with professionalism, warmth and attention to detail, Stadlerhof Wilhering guarantees a thoroughly successful experience. Whether a congress, seminar, wedding or company party, this is a place your guests will remember for a long time.
