About JustRoom
Real hospitality.
Thought digitally.
Since 2019, JustRoom has connected event planners directly with seminar hotels, conference hotels and event venues – without intermediaries, without commission and with full control for our partners.
Our idea
Anyone planning a seminar, conference or corporate event needs answers fast: does the room fit? Is there daylight? What does the package cost? And venues presenting themselves do not want to get lost in the crowd.
JustRoom brings both sides together efficiently. Simple. Direct. Without commission. Planners find curated venues with all key facts and enquire directly with the venue. Venues receive enquiries straight to their inbox – and keep offer, contract and customer relationship in their own hands.
What we stand for
Quality, atmosphere and professional on-site service over quantity.
Enquiries go straight to the venue. We do not stand in between.
Free for planners, a fixed fee instead of commission for venues.
Behind JustRoom are people from hospitality and events – reachable and approachable.
“The right venue is more than four walls. It inspires, connects and stays in your mind.”
Who is behind JustRoom
JustRoom was founded in Vienna in 2019 – out of the hotel industry. As hoteliers, event managers and industry professionals, we know how time-consuming the search for the right venue is and how hard it is for good venues to be visible. JustRoom is operated by Philip P.M. Jansohn as a sole proprietorship in Vienna.
