Nothing. Searching, comparing and enquiring are free for you. There is no commission on your booking either – you agree the price directly with the venue.

You choose a venue, enter occasion, date, number of guests and your contact details and send the enquiry. It goes directly by email to the venue, which sends you a non-binding offer.

Most venues reply within one or two working days. If there is no reply after three working days, write to us – we will follow up.

You choose up to four venues and describe your event once. Each selected venue receives the enquiry separately and sends you its own offer – you receive a confirmation with all details by email.

No. An enquiry is always non-binding. It only becomes binding once you accept an offer from the venue – and that contract is directly between you and the venue.

No. JustRoom is not a booking portal or an agency. We connect you with the right venue – questions, viewings and booking happen directly with the venue.

Seminar hotels, conference and congress centres, event venues, restaurants with event spaces, lofts, castles and special places – mainly in Austria, plus selected venues in Germany and South Tyrol.

They are “from” prices incl. VAT as a guide: day delegate rate per person, room hire or room rate. You receive the binding offer directly from the venue.

There are four packages from Starter (€49 a month) to Full Service (€249 a month), net and billed annually. You pay no commission on enquiries or bookings.

By email to the address you provide – with all details such as occasion, date and number of guests. You reply directly to the person enquiring, without going through JustRoom.

12 months from activation. It then renews automatically for 12 months at a time unless you cancel by email up to three months before expiry.

Yes. In the venue area you edit description, room plan with seating, prices, additional services and images. We briefly review changes and then put them online – usually on the same working day.

No. JustRoom is a platform where event planners find venues and enquire directly. Offer, contract and payment remain entirely with you.

Choose a package, enter company details, confirm via email link. After our review you receive the partner agreement as a PDF and access to the venue area.

At any time. If you upgrade from Starter within 60 days, the setup fee and payments made are credited in full.
