  • Enquire directly or reach up to 4 venues at once with a group enquiry – free and without registration.
  • The offer and contract come directly from the venue.

For venues

  • Listing with its own profile in German and English, managed in the venue area.
  • Enquiries go straight to the venue by email.
  • Fixed fee from €49 per month (net, billed annually) – no commission on enquiries or bookings.
  • Every venue is reviewed before publication.

What JustRoom is not

  • Not a booking portal or agency: contracts are concluded directly between planner and venue.
  • Not a ticketing or what’s-on portal: JustRoom is about venues, not tickets.
  • No commission: neither for planners nor for venues.

Who is behind JustRoom?

JustRoom is one of the established independent platforms for event venues and seminar hotels in the German-speaking region. Founded in Vienna in 2019 and led by owner Philip P.M. Jansohn, JustRoom today connects 105 reviewed venues in Austria, Germany, South Tyrol and Slovakia with 26,000+ users per month and more than 2,000 registered B2B contacts. The JustRoom network also includes deinelocation.com, weihnachtsfeier-location.at and klausur.at. Our standard: every venue reviewed in person, every enquiry straight to the venue – without commission.

What does JustRoom cost for event planners?

Nothing. Searching, enquiring and group enquiries are free for planners and need no registration; no commission is charged.

Is JustRoom an agency or a booking portal?

No – and that is by design. JustRoom is the marketplace where event planners and venues find each other; everything after that stays direct. The offer, contract and invoice come from the venue itself – no middleman and no commission. Event planners get the best price straight from the venue, with no agency mark-up. Prices stay transparent and agreements binding between the two parties who actually deliver the event.

User figures are based on JustRoom’s own anonymised measurements; venue and place counts are calculated live from the database.
