About the venue

The Aurora Rooftop Bar at the Hyatt Regency Vienna is one of the most spectacular rooftop bars in Vienna, captivating guests with an extraordinary concept inspired by the magical Northern Lights of Scandinavia. Modern Nordic design, a warm ambience with an open fireplace and a generous roof terrace create an atmosphere that is both stylish and inviting. High above the city’s rooftops, guests enjoy an experience that blends lifestyle, elegance and fine food and drink to perfection.

Set on the 16th floor of the Hyatt Regency Vienna, the Aurora Rooftop Bar offers unrivalled panoramic views across Vienna. Thanks to its own entrance with a lift, visitors go straight up to the roof terrace – exclusive and convenient. Here you can look forward not only to breathtaking views of the Vienna skyline, but also to a selection of exceptional cocktail creations inspired by international trends that underline the bar’s character.

The Aurora Rooftop Bar is not just a hotspot for after-work drinks or romantic evenings – it is also an exclusive event venue in Vienna. Whether a private celebration, a corporate event or a stylish get-together, the bar can be booked for exclusive use. This requires room hire combined with a minimum spend on food and drinks, which varies by day of the week and season. The venue thus offers a tailor-made framework for exclusive events in one of the most impressive locations in Vienna.

The bar is especially popular for events that are after that special “wow factor”. The combination of Nordic flair, a fireside lounge, a stylish roof terrace and the unique view over the city makes the Aurora Rooftop Bar an event venue that stays in the memory for a long time. Whether a summer evening with the sun setting over Vienna or a wintry rooftop experience overlooking the city lights – every event here becomes an unforgettable highlight.

If you are looking for an exceptional rooftop terrace bar in Vienna, the Aurora Rooftop Bar is the perfect place for special moments. It combines the cosmopolitan elegance of the Hyatt Regency hotel with an exclusive ambience, culinary ambition and one of the finest views over the Austrian capital.
